Let’s try this again. I already did a post on my iPad and tried to post it but it seems to have disappeared. Oh well, that thing is crazy and I’m ready to just get rid of it. It’s getting pretty old and I think it needs an attitude adjustment, more like the trash. Anyway here’s what’s happening here.
I’ve made a few quilts but don’t have pictures to show. I bought a few yards of fabric and don’t have pictures to show either. I lent my camera to my son and I can’t seem to get the pictures off my phone. I think I need to go take a course in uploading pictures from your phone and resizing them to fit on your blog. Anyway here are my numbers.
Fabric used since the last post: 17.24 yds
Fabric used YTD: 25.48 yds
Fabric added YTD: 23.69 yds
Net fabric busted: 1.79 yds
I’m still in the good but I have some flannel coming just not sure of the exact yardage. It was a 40% off sale at Hearts to Holly in Charlevoix MI. I had my sister take a picture of all the flannel and I picked the one that I thought would be the most usable to my needs. I’ll get that when I go to the retreat up there at the end of the month. And that will be loads of fun. I can’t wait!

Your numbers are looking good!
I email the pictures to myself from my phone. That makes it easy for me to use them and I use Microsoft Office Picture Manager to crop and re-size my pictures. It came with office 2010.

Using 17 yards of fabric is really good. That’s more than I’ve used so far this year. I understand your pain about getting pictures from your phone. My problem was that I have over 800 pics there and only wanted the last 1 or 2, but it wants to download all 800 every time I try. grrr.

Can’t you take pics with your iPad? I thought you could do that – I don’t have one but will probably get a Samsung tablet, my aunt loves hers. I’ve got my phone set up to automatically upload all my pics to Dropbox, then I can just click on dropbox on my computer and there they are – it’s awesome. Just wish my phone took better pics, lol. 17 yards is awesome!
