September 6th, 2009 - Stash Busting Week #36

Oops. I bought some more fabric.  Tomorrow, my friend, Debbie, and I are going to dye some stuff. And I mean stuff not just fabric. We’re going to dye some dryer sheets, pieces of paper towels and cheesecloth. I think I might even try some batting. This is for embellishments for all that fabric I just bought. I’ll post some pics later.

Fabric added this week: 4.58 yds

Fabric added YTD: 216.19 yds

Fabric used this week: 0 yds

Fabric used YTD: 154.89 yds

Net fabric busted: -61.30 yds

 I didn’t sew anything together this week. I’ve been busy quilting some comfort quilts. It takes me a lot of time to get one done. All I can think of is sewing something else together and when is this quilt going to be done. I guess that’s because my favourite part of quilting is sewing  fabric together and seeing how all the different fabrics look together. Now I’d better get this quilt done. Happy quilting!!
